Instructions for online submission of Application

General Instructions & Information regarding the registration & convocation dates: 18th June, 2025

1.      Fill the online Convocation form carefully.

2.     Candidates who are declared qualified for the award of Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate (BATCH 2017-20 (UG), 2018-21 (UG), 2018-20 (PG), 2019-21 (PG) & Academic session 2018-20 PG DIPLOMA, Academic Session 2019-21 ADVANCED DIPLOMA) on or before End Term Examinations DECEMBER, 2024 are eligible for receiving the respective degree certificate.

3.      Application fee shall be remitted through online mode only. The Convocation/Degree fees shall be Rs.500/-

4.      Convocation/Degree fee will not be refunded at any circumstances.

5.      Important Dates: Date of commencement of Online Application 29.05.2025. Last date of Online Application 08.06.2025

6.      Students shall bring the Aadhaar Card and fee payment receipt at a time of Convocation.

7.      Eighth Convocation will be held on 18th June, 2025.

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents:

1.     Scanned identity proof documents in .pdf format within 100 kb to 1000 kb limit.

2.     Signature in .JPEG format within 20 kb to 200 kb limit.

3.     Recent passport size colored photograph (without mask) for printing in the Degree Certificate.  The photograph shall be in a formal dress without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (50kb to 1000kb limit). The face should be centered, occupying approx. 80% of the image. Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.
